Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant at TRAVOCOM. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with providing visa assistance to Pakistani Citizens for world wide countries, and offering consultation services for travel-related matters. The Visa Consultant will communicate with clients, gather necessary documentation, and guide them through the visa application process.

Qualifications

• Experience in visa-related matters mainly for USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, Turkey, Fareast etc
• Candidate must have knowledge of processing of all International Visas
• Must have good knowledge of consulate and embassy related communications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consulting experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of visa application processes and requirements
• Ability to handle multiple visa applications simultaneously
• Attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in relevant software and systems
• Experience in customer service
• Minimum 2-3 Years working experience in same position
