Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Consultant at TRAVOCOM. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, assisting customers in planning and booking guided tours, and offering excellent customer service for Pakistan and International Tour Packages. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in travel consulting and tourism industry
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Ability to create and organize guided tours
- Must have experience of using online hotel portals
- Must have experience of GDS Sabre
- Must have experience of handling FIT and MICE
- Must have at least 2 years experience working in same position
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
